Lamphier-Gregory is looking to fill one full-time position as an Associate Planner to meet our expanding work load.
We are a small Oakland based consulting firm that has been offering services for over 35 years primarily in the areas of environmental analysis and project management. Our clients include cities, counties, LAFCOs, municipal utilities and private sector clients, principally in the San Francisco Bay Area and northern Central Valley communities.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates for this position must have a graduate degree in Planning or Environmental Studies or an undergraduate degree and at least 4 years of planning/environmental experience. Strong written communications skills are essential for the position. (Please be prepared to present a writing sample.) The candidate must be self-motivated and have an interest in assessing technical plans and reports, working directly with clients and technical subconsultants, and writing (sometimes lengthy) environmental review documents. He or she will work closely with our Senior Planner(s) on all elements of environmental review and project management of the CEQA process, while developing the skills to work independently.
