Summary:      
Incumbent will utilize traffic, macro-socioeconomic data, and other available data to explain traffic performance and its impacts on traffic and revenue. Utilization of various traffic models to develop traffic and revenue forecasts for the Indiana Toll Road (ITR) and contribute to the development of long-term optimal pricing strategies.
