Transit Planner – Chicago, Orlando or Kansas City Provides specialized expertise and manages tasks in the areas of transit planning, with particular emphasis on demand response transit services. Qualifications: General Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Education/Experience – Bachelor's degree in urban planning or a related field required; 10-15 years of experience is required. Language Ability – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization.
