Position Available: Assistant Project Manager – Residential Real Estate Development
Term: Starts immediately, full-time with benefits & competitive salary based on experience
Position Responsibilities:
This position is for Assistant Project Manager. Experience in real estate development is not necessary but is a plus. Candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft Office software. 

Tasks may include: 
- Drafting and distributing correspondence 
- Creating and tracking budgets and expenses
- Organizing and maintaining permanent files 
- Collecting and organizing LEED documentation 
- Coordinating zoning exhibits and easement documents 
- Attending construction, finance and design meetings and preparing meeting notes and materials
- Interacting with wide variety of people including contractors, architects, and neighbors 
- Assisting with Pro Formas and other Quantitative Analyses

The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as persistence and patience. Candidate should be a creative problem-solver capable of fostering cordial and professional relationships with team members from diverse disciplines. Candidate must have a decent sense of humor and a four year college degree from an accredited institution, preferably in urban planning, architecture, engineering, public policy, finance or related field. Knowledge of New York City and a demonstrated interest in real estate development a plus.
Projects: The Assistant Project Manager would work on a variety of real estate developments including affordable and market rate housing located in the Bronx, East New York, Brooklyn Heights, Crown Heights, Roosevelt Island, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
This position is based out of the office in Union Square.
