This position will serve as the mobile crisis worker for the Schaumburg community.   The mobile unit will respond to non- life-threatening mental health and substance use issues.    This position will serve the community offering mobile response to individuals in mental health and substance use crisis.

 

The ideal candidate will need to effectively communicate to a full range of people, be able to work cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve common goals, and shift gears comfortably. To succeed in this role applicants will need the capacity to understand and be sensitive to the feelings of others.

The Position: The Energy Resource Construction Navigator is a hands-on team leader responsible for evaluating the energy-related scope of work and costs for properties under consideration for CIC loans. The energy and climate resource landscape in Illinois is incredibly complex. Although the small local building owners and tenants in low and moderate-income communities have the most to gain from these programs, they are often the hardest to reach. The Energy Resource Construction Navigator will provide customized technical assistance, coordination, and layering of financing and resources.
The Navigator will be housed within CIC’s lending and construction department and will be the central point of contact on energy-efficiency, climate-resiliency, financial and technical resources.
