About the Rose Fellowship
The Enterprise Rose Architectural Fellowship partners early-career architectural designers with local community development organizations for a three-year term where they facilitate an inclusive approach to development to create green, sustainable, and affordable communities. As an integral staff member of the organization, the fellow will focus on advancing the organization’s practices in community engagement, sustainability and design excellence. By becoming a fellow, you join a growing network of passionate and talented public interest designers who are continuously changing what is possible in community development.
About Denver Housing Authority
The Denver Housing Authority seeks a Rose fellow to provide support in the implementation of its Sun Valley master plan including community-based planning, affordable housing and district energy infrastructure.
DHA’s goal is not to be a master developer that “does it all” but rather a master developer that convenes partners and authentically serves a neighborhood. The Rose Fellow at DHA will help to achieve a level of master planning that realizes both physical and social change and sets the stage for neighborhood transformation in Sun Valley. The fellow will have the opportunity to contribute a design perspective to issues of infrastructure, district energy, district water solutions, street grid layout, open space, partner properties, and community process.
