Architecture at Woolpert is experiencing tremendous growth and adding a Design Team Leader for our Dayton Architecture Team. The right candidate for this position will be registered and ready to manage/lead projects as well as a talented team of people. Woolpert Design Team Leaders work directly with the Architecture Discipline Leader for the firm and collaborate extensively with other Team Leaders in locations such as St. Louis, Indianapolis, Charlotte and Atlanta. Their responsibilities include business development, design, recruiting and managing staff, overseeing execution of design services as well as ensuring quality control procedures are followed, facilitating coordination with other disciplines, developing professional communications and delivering presentations. Demonstrated expertise in both design-bid-build and design-build projects and one or more building types, preferably industrial, private/commercial and/or multi-family mixed-use developments. Strong organizational skills along with written/verbal communication skills and the ability to work easily with clients, team members, consultants and other Woolpert Design staff are also essential.
