Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of professional experience as a municipal planner or private sector planning consultant. Candidates with demonstrated management experience are preferred. Only candidates with exceptional professional writing skills will be considered. Candidate must have excellent critical thinking and time management skills. Candidates must understand land-use regulations and policies in Southern California communities. AICP; Graduate degree preferred.
Supervises, guides and responds to team's efforts on all projects, including providing direction at the onset and throughout the life of a project.
Workload Management General Management of Associates, including training new associates Client management and billing, including weekly client billing analysis Communicate and coordinate with prospective clients.
We are a land-use consulting and planning company located in Agoura Hills. For the past 20+ years, our team of skilled planners have assisted hundreds of clients throughout California. From the conceptual design phase to the public hearing process, we offer the requisite land-use planning services.
