FULL TIME POSITION: Economic Development Director Pay Grade: 33
JOB SUMMARY:
Promote economic growth for Whiteside County by aggressively seeking new industrial growth as well as retention and expansion of existing business and industry. Administer and coordinate the Intergovernmental Agreement between the units of government located within the Whiteside Carroll County Enterprise Zone. Implement provisions of the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act. Serve as the liaison between and maintain affective relationships with appointed and elected local and state government officials and industry, business and local economic development corporations. Perform other related duties as required.
