Manages, plans, and directs the functions of the Development Services Department, through the work of professional, technical and administrative staff associated with:
- Land use planning, zoning, and land development.
- Development permitting and inspection
- Building permitting and inspection
- Geographic Information Systems
- Code Enforcement and business license
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Planning, Public Administration, GIS, Engineering, or other related field.
- A minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible experience related to planning and development
- AICP certification /eligible preferred

CLOSING DATE: OPEN UNTIL FILLED SALARY: Total compensation is commensurate with experience, education, qualifications, etc., including benefits package. This is a salaried/FLSA exempt position.
