Employee Benefits Specialist ($13.97/Hour)o Associate degree in Human Resources, Employee Benefits or related field or equivalent work experience of three (3) plus years in Employee Benefits with knowledge of insurance, COBRA, retirement, disability, etc. required.o Good interpersonal, organizational customer service and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and accuracy is required.o Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word is required.o Familiarity with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is desired.o Experience working with HRIS systems is desired.
