     Traffic Permit Technician ($12.29 / Hour)
o   High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
o   Ability to type 40 words per minute is required.
o   Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
o   Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
o   Ability to work with the public in a professional manner.
