Position: TMA Program Manager/Shuttle Operations Assistant
Beginning July 21, 2015 
FULL-TIME (40 hours per week) YEAR ROUND 
Primary Duties will include:
  • General phone coverage support.
  • Provide general assistance to the Executive Director (ED) and the Director of Operations (DOO).
  • Marketing, planning of and attendance at member company “Commuter Benefit Events” and other community events, bike events, shuttle events.
  • Provide support with marketing events and campaigns including the quarterly newsletter.
  • Educate member company contacts and employees about the NuRide, Ride Matching, and Emergency Ride Home Programs.
  • Become the secondary liaison to MassCommute and ACT Patriot Chapter, attending meetings and keeping the ED and DOO up to date on the happenings of the Commonwealth’s TMA community.
  • Undertake (with supervision) the responsibilities of the “TMA” aspects of the Council
  • Keep marketing materials up to date, stocked and ready to go.
  • Attend any Waltham chamber events and local transportation meetings.
  • Liaison to Waltham non-profit organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in geography, planning, engineering or a related field is required. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strength in project management is important. The candidate must complete tasks with an eye for detail, on-time performance, and quality control. Experience in ArcGIS and GIS tools is a plus. Extra consideration will be given to candidates who are well-versed in Adobe Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Microsoft Access, Photoshop and/or InDesign
