Under general direction performs professional planning work, assists the Planning Director with administrative duties as required and exercises general supervision of section personnel. This position will include both long range and current planning functions. Neighborhood planning experience is desirable. Ability to present and communicate are essential. Kalispell is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains adjacent to two major ski resorts. It lies 30 miles from the entrance to Glacier National Park. It serves as the county seat and is the retail and medical center for northwest Montana.
