About the Position

We are recruiting motivated self-starters with an interest in the infrastructure industry to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team. We seek problem solvers who combine strong analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions independently and master new concepts quickly with meticulous attention to detail to deliver high quality work.

As an Associate Consultant with our Strategic Consulting Group, you will be part of a team working on national and international engagements for public and private sector clients that own, operate, and invest in infrastructure assets. You will work mainly on engagements that fall into one or more of the following service areas: strategic project development, asset management, project feasibility assessment, policy development & support, market analysis, economics analysis, project & real estate finance, transaction-related advisory services, and related services to public and private infrastructure owners.

The Associate Consultant position offers great opportunities for professional growth; you will have the opportunity to work in multiple infrastructure sectors and contribute to the development of landmark projects. As part of our team, you will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients and subject-matter leaders on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

Successful candidate will exhibit and possess many of the following skills, interests, and experiences:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in civil engineering, business, economics, finance, urban or transportation planning, liberal arts, operations research, or related field required
  • Advanced degree in business, economics, urban or transportation planning, civil engineering, public policy, or related field is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated research skills and experience
  • Interest or experience in the infrastructure industry and related sectors
  • Management consulting or advisory experience is preferred
  • Ability to think creatively, work independently and deliver high quality work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment, synthesize problems, and communicate point of view and analytical results
  • Immediate ability to work in this country required
