Business/Administrative Associate - UIC College of Nursing

Description: The Department of Women, Children, and Family Health Science (WCFHS) at the UIC College of Nursing is seeking a candidate with accounting/finance background for WCFHS and its supported units/programs.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a field related to the position, two years of professional level accounting, managerial and/or business experience, one year of which was at an administrative level, and experience in human resource management. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required.

Duties: The candidate must have experience in developing budgets, management accounting and financial analysis of departmental accounts. They will also provide administrative support to all faculty and staff within the Women, Child, and Family Health Science Department in the College of Nursing. Job functions include human resource and faculty reporting management, schedule maintenance, personnel supervision, and department management including: equipment management, clinical site contract maintenance, employee contact and access information, and department purchasing.
