Information Technology Support Associate, UIC College of Business Administration

The College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking and Information Technology Support Associate. Primary responsibilities include maintenance and support of the CBA network, access devices and peripherals - providing leadership, support, and training to the network users. Secondary responsibilities include supporting packaged and custom applications that CBA users employ to complete their job functions. The successful candidate will be able to direct and manage information services projects from initial requests to the design and implementation process.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
1. High School Graduation or equivalent
2. Any combination totaling one year from the following categories:
a) Progressively more responsible work experience in an Information Technology (IT) related profession
b) College course work which included Information Technology (IT), or a closely related discipline, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
● 60 semester hours or Associate's Degree equals one year
3. Experience in network administration
