We were particularly interested in sharing this event with the Urban & Public Affairs program to allow graduating students or alumni to gain insight into consumer compliance roles. Participation in this event will assist the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in further extending our connections to organizations, alumni groups, and university programs dedicated to supporting candidates interested in consumer protection, public policy and careers within banking compliance.
It is our hope that after candidates spend time at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, they will have an appreciation of what it is that Compliance supervision entails and will understand the benefits of selecting the Federal Reserve Bank as em employer of choice.

Through this recruitment event, candidates will be able to:
* Become better acquainted with the basic qualifications and responsibilities that an Associate/Assistant Compliance Examiner possesses
* Gain knowledge about the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and its mission

* Gain insight to a day in the life of a Compliance Bank Examiner
* Learn more about benefits available to employees
