Management Analyst - Village of Deerfield, IL (Chicago Suburbs, North Shore)
MANAGEMENT ANALYST
The Village of Deerfield is seeking applications for the position of Management Analyst
in the Village Manager’s Office. Responsible for providing general management
assistance in daily operations, the position requires a masters degree in public
administration or related field and one to two years experience in municipal government.
The position works under the direct supervision of the Assistant to the Village Manager.
The Primary duties include: supporting communications including the village website;
bi-monthly newsletter; e-news updates; coordinating cable access and telecommunication
activities; serving as staff liaison to advisory boards and commissions; assisting in
preparation of the annual budget; coordinating special events planned by the Village;
performing survey and other research assignments; preparing weekly board distributions;
serving as Deputy Village Clerk; and other duties as assigned.
Starting Annual Salary: $55,157
