Food Environment Coordinator

CLOCC is hiring a Food Environment Coordinator that will be focused on
encouraging and supporting mobile food vendors on/near school grounds
with selling healthy food and beverages. This person will work to build
support among schools and staff for the project and provide technical
assistance, resources, and support for the vendors.
We are seeking candidates with a diverse set of skills and experience
including strong outreach/relationship building skills, community
organizing, and fluency in Spanish. Other skills that would be helpful
include project management, public health program planning and
evaluation, experience in Chicago Public Schools, and knowledge of
economic development strategies for small businesses or food enterprises.
