Real Estate Analyst, Clarion Associates Inc. - Chicago
Clarion Associates, Inc., is a national real estate and land use consulting firm that works on major
assignments for both private sector and public sector clients from its affiliated offices in Chicago,
Colorado (Denver, Ft. Collins, and Snowmass), Cincinnati, Philadelphia, Florida, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The primary focus of the Chicago office is real estate consulting and analysis, often in a litigation support capacity. About half of the clients of our Chicago office come to us through law firms, and much of our day-to-day client contact on litigation-related assignments is with lawyers at major corporations from across the U.S. In addition, however, the Chicago office has a diverse real estate consulting practice focused on market and valuation analysis on a variety of real estate types including contaminated properties, special purpose properties, and historically or scenically significant properties.
Over the years the Chicago office has worked on assignments in virtually every state and some foreign
countries and we are currently working on assignments in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois,
Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and
Wisconsin, and as well as several assignments in the Chicago area.
