Office Manager, Ardent Counseling Center - Chicago
We are a growing mental health private practice in search of an office manager. The office manager
will be responsible for the direct management (hiring, evaluating and disciplining) of practice staff.
In addition s/he will be responsible for compliance with licensure guidelines, best practices by all
employees, day to day operations and assistance with fiscal management. The ideal candidate has
excellent management and organizational skills as well as excellent computer skills and the ability to
complete projects and follow through on the myriad of daily challenges. This position is initially a work
from home position and will transition to a multi-office position.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
