| We are seeking an Architect / Project manager with 2-4 years of residential multi-unit work experience – new construction and adaptive reuse. We are a fresh, fast growing firm in the West Loop area of Chicago. Some areas of specialization include residential architecture, including large multi-unit projects, single family homes, condominium conversions, as well as a variety of commercial projects (restaurants and hospitality) and urban planning developments. Team, time and task management skills are a must. AutoCAD proficiency, completed Intern Development Program (Licensure preferred), great communication skills, Chicago Zoning and Building Code understanding, attention to detail, and a passion for architecture are all required.
