The deadline to apply for the 2013-14 Management Assistant Program with the City of Long Beach is approaching. Please let any interested students know that all application materials must be emailed by February 1st, 2013.
The Management Assistant Program is California's longest running municipal management fellowship. It is widely recognized as one of the best apprenticeships in the nation. Management Assistants engage in a one-year fellowship which includes four departmental rotations and numerous developmental opportunities. The program brochure is attached to this email. Potential candidates must have completed their Masters Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Urban Planning, Business Administration or a related field by July 1st, 2013.
