Positions Available - IMPAQ International

IMPAQ International, a rapidly growing and dynamic social sciences/economic research firm, seeks:

  • Research Associates (recent and soon-to-be graduates),
  • Senior Research Associates (8+ years of relevant work experience), and
  • Vice President/Senior Fellow (15+ years of work experience).

IMPAQ International provides high-quality research, evaluation services, policy analysis, and technical assistance services in areas of health, poverty, nutrition, education, and labor programs. Domestically, IMPAQ conducts projects for U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Departments of: Health and Human Services, Labor, Education, Agriculture, and Housing and Urban Development. Internationally, IMPAQ implements projects for the World Bank, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and U.S. Agency for International Development, and foreign government agencies. IMPAQ’s mission is to provide exemplary research and consulting services to its domestic and international clients.

Required Qualifications:

· Ph.D. (or other advanced degree) in economics, public policy, or a related social science field;

· Strong quantitative and/or qualitative skills;

· Training in econometrics, applied microeconomics, or public economics is a plus;

· Ability to think strategically about research issues and programs;

· Ability to communicate complex technical material to academic and non-academic audiences; and

· Strong oral communication and writing skills.
