California based firm with advanced capability in Environmental Planning & Documentation, Biological Services, Air Quality Services, Environmental & Architectural Acoustics, and Cultural Resources Management. Full suite of support capabilities and interesting complex projects.

Senior/Principal Planners ? Manage the preparation and processing of CEQA/NEPA documents on varied complex projects. Responsibilities will include managing the preparation and processing of EISs/EIRs, technical studies, and public participation programs. The candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets; coordinate effectively with agencies, local jurisdictions, and resource agencies; effectively interpret and implement the applicable policies for CEQA/NEPA and conduct and document research effectively. Excellent writing, time management, budget management, quantitative/spreadsheet, and presentation skills are required.
Requirements : Minimum of 5 years experience preparing and managing environmental documents, CEQA/NEPA, advanced analytical writing and communication skills, and a degree in planning or a related discipline. Strong management and interpersonal skills are essential. (Masters Degree preferred).
