Planning / Urban Designer – SENIOR LEVEL
JZMK Partners an award winning OC-based architecture, planning and urban design firm with projects world wide is currently seeking a talented individual with PHYSICAL PLANNING / URBAN DESIGN experience at a Senior level, with an emphasis in Community Design, Residential Site Planning, Town Center Urban Design, and Specific Plans. Experience in these project types is a must for this position. This position has significant opportunity for long term growth and leadership with our firm. Salaries are negotiable based on experience and creative talent. This is a full-time position that includes a competitive benefit package.
Candidates should have a Bachelor degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Urban Planning with an emphasis in Urban Design and have minimum 6 years’ experience with the above project types. Candidates must be proficient with AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite. Candidate must be able to manage projects, including budgets and have experience dealing directly with clients. Having the ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and being a team player are among the basic essentials. Strong communication skills both verbally and graphically are imperative.
