The Colchester Department of Planning & Zoning seeks a highly motivated self-starter to join our team.   Successful applicants will have a B.A. or B.S. degree in planning or a related field. Strong customer service and IT skills, ability to interpret regulations, and knowledge of principles and techniques of local planning desired.  Work involves sharing duties as one of the primary contacts for public inquiries about the Town’s permits processing and land development regulations and requirements.  This position also provides staff support and assistance to the Planning Director and Zoning Administrator with project specific duties including, but not limited to, long range planning support and development review. Send cover letter, application (see website) & resume by February 27, 2015.
