The applicant should have 12 minimum years of experience in the field of landscape architecture with an emphasis on project management. The selected candidate will actively engage in the leadership and general marketing and business development efforts for the discipline. Proficiency with Microsoft programs required.

Woolpert, Inc. has an immediate open position for a registered Landscape Architect / Project Manager to fill a position within our Dayton, Ohio corporate office. Candidates must have extensive experience in a mix of both public and private development projects, including a focus in higher education, recreation and athletic project types. Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, team leadership, scheduling, managing budgets and time management skills are required. Candidates must also be detail oriented, efficient, adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities, and collaborative with multiple disciplinary design teams. Woolpert offers a fast-paced, collaborative, design-driven environment that offers exposure to innovative and diverse projects locally, nationally and internationally. Our growing landscape architecture discipline is serving a range of exciting public and private clients from small-scale projects to large-scale projects.
