Sheppard Mullin’s Los Angeles Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group is seeking an Urban Planner to join its team of land use and real estate attorneys in Los Angeles. Responsibilities will include assisting in a wide range of land use planning and development projects for public and private sector clients, inclusive of the preparation of entitlement applications, California Environmental Quality Act documents, specific plans and other long- range planning documents. The Planner will also have an opportunity to present projects before state and local government agencies. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. A minimum of 3 to 10 years of private or public sector experience is required and the ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in urban planning.
