Land Planner
Are you a BIG Thinker? If so, then a position in the RVi Planning group might be the just the place for you. RVi is a planning and design firm with offices in Austin, Houston, and Dallas. We are industry leaders in shaping a variety of large-scale master planned communities and park environments throughout Texas and the Southwest U.S. We are looking to hire a highly talented and motivated Land Planner with 2-8 years of planning and design experience for our Austin office who is interested in working with other planners in our creative studio environment. Applicants should possess the following attributes:
- 2-8 years of experience in planning large-scale master planned communities (this position requires physical planning and design skills).
- A solid understanding of community planning and sustainability principles.
- Skilled in planning, production, and coordination of multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and freehand graphics skills.
- Bachelors and/or Masters of Landscape Architecture or Planning.
- AICP certification and/or Landscape Architecture registration is highly desired.
Senior Landscape Architect
Is it time for you to make a move? RVi is a well-established landscape architecture and planning firm with offices in Houston, Dallas, and Austin, Texas. We are looking to hire a Landscape Architect with 2-5 years of experience for our Houston office. RVi offers design and planning services for master planned communities, parks, transportation, and academic projects throughout Texas and the Southwestern U.S. Applicants should possess the following attributes:
- 2-5 years of design experience with a private-practice landscape architecture firm.
- Diverse project experience working at a variety of design and planning projects in a team setting.
- Well-developed problem-solving and communication skills.
- Skilled in site planning, conceptual design, and preparation of presentation graphics and construction documents.
- Freehand graphic, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop skills required.
- Bachelors and/or Masters of Landscape Architecture.
- Experience in the Houston area is highly desired.
