PCR Services Corporation, with over 40 years of experience providing environmental consulting services for many of the regions most complex and important projects, is seeking CEQA/NEPA professionals to support environmental review of land development, institutional and infrastructure projects. 
Position requires familiarity with CEQA/NEPA with at least two years of experience preparing CEQA and NEPA documents (IS, MND, EIR/EIS, and EA).  Essential skills should include:
  • Excellent research, analytical and technical writing skills with experience analyzing environmental issues subject to CEQA/NEPA review.
  • Interest in collaboration with public agencies, project teams, and other consultants.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and regulations related to environmental review under CEQA/NEPA, and land use planning and permitting.
Candidates should possess a B.S or B.A. in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Planning or related field.  A Master’s Degree is desirable.
