Description
This position is a temporary 8 month assignment with the potential of long term employment.  Recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply


The Case Processing Analyst (CPA) will support operations on site with the following duties:
• Reviewing applications for Alien Employment Certification in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, standard operating procedures, and directives issued from the National Office of Foreign Labor Certification; maintaining files in an accurate manner; preparing a variety of documents, correspondences, and reports using word processing and database software; answering telephone calls in a courteous, business-like manner; assisting in the validation of the business status of the employer and confirming the employer’s knowledge that an application has been filed on the firm’s behalf; obtaining prevailing wage reviews; and providing recommendations to Federal staff regarding the disposition of each application that is fully supported by the case documentation.
• Working in a high-pressure work environment with the ability to interact with people at all levels. 
Education
College Degree: Recent college graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Two years (2) work experience in a field or discipline that demonstrated communication skills, both orally and in writing.

• Self-Management: Ensure that work is complete and accurate, make difficult decisions independently and in a timely manner and manage conflict in a professional manner.
• Fostering Teamwork: Share expertise and provide assistance to team members, listen, respond and express disagreement constructively and give honest and constructive feedback to team members.
