Latitude 33 Planning and Engineering is an established land planning and civil engineering firm, providing comprehensive services that range from conceptual land planning to detailed engineering, grading and infrastructure design, as well as construction support to both the private and public sectors of the land development market. Latitude 33 currently is seeking candidates for the following position:
PLANNER/GRAPHIC-DIGITAL DESIGNER
We are currently seeking aPlanner/Landscape Architect/Architect/Graphic Designer/Digital Designer,or related field, to work within our planning department to lead the team in producing graphics for the group and the company.
Responsibilities:
Produce 3D models, renderings, surface models, massing studies, shadow studies, visualization studies, rendered site plans, project sketches, promotional material, and graphic support for website and social media.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Trimble Sketchup. Skilled in ArcGIS, Autodesk (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Infrastructure Modeler, and 3D Studio Max), and Wordpress preferred but not a requirement.
Experience in planning, architecture, land planning, or landscape architecture is ideal but not a requirement. Ideally the candidate will have a college degree in a related field and 0-5 years of experience.
