Director of Finance + Administration, Director of Development + Partnerships at EcoDistricts - Portland, OR

EcoDistricts is hiring! Our team works hard to help create just, sustainable and resilient cities and neighborhoods for all, and we are looking for qualified applicants to help us accelerate the EcoDistricts movement. We are currently hiring two director-level positions. Director of Finance + Administration

The Director of Finance + Administration will execute all aspects of day to day accounting processes as well as define the process and implement the infrastructure/systems needed to support EcoDistricts’ growth over the next five to 10 years. S/he will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative/financial systems, including financial, accounting, legal, information technology (IT), human resources (HR), and physical infrastructure. EcoDistricts is currently a $1.5 million org with 8 staff and is expected to double in size in the next 5 years. As a member of the Executive Management Team, the Director will be involved in strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives, in addition to planning for EcoDistricts’ growth.

Director of Development + Partnerships

The Director of Development and Partnerships is responsible for creating and leading EcoDistricts’ development, partnerships and membership strategy with an emphasis on 1) creating robust development related infrastructure and 2) significantly growing and diversifying our revenue streams (from annual revenues of $1.5 million to $3 million over the next 5 years) with an emphasis on successfully managing contributed income, including but not limited to the membership campaign, corporate sponsorships, and foundation grants.
