Location: Chicago, IL

Pay: $62k - $69.8k/year

Project Development at Mercy Housing plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of housing projects. The Assistant Project Developer I or II position is responsible for coordinating with various departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating seamless transitions from development to operations. The Assistant Project Developer will also manage resident relocation plans, community engagement, and the activities of the Development team, including architects and contractors. This role requires high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
