WORK OBJECTIVE: Performs executive strategic level work in support of the mission of the West Florida Regional Planning Council (WFRPC). Directs and implements professional planning, coordination and advisory services to local governments, state and federal agencies and the public to preserve and enhance the quality of life in northwest Florida. Directs the implementation of WFRPC programs, policies and budgets. Directs a team of professionals through subordinate directors and managers. 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in planning, business, economics, or related field; and ten or more years’ experience in regional planning, including at least five years of supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience may be considered. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
SALARY RANGE: $105,000 - $130,000 annually – Will be evaluated based on individual qualifications
