Assistant Director of Human Resources UIC
INTERNAL SEARCH ONLY

This position will assist Associate Director with the daily operations of the Human
Resources department which include but not limited to developing an in-depth
analysis of staffing issues, cost and statistical data, process new staff in the new
Front End System, as well as serve as a OIS Liaison. Must keep abreast of UIC
policy and procedures. Will assist with training initiatives.
BA/BS required. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written
and verbal, excellent customer service stills, and the ability to work with a
diverse population. Must have knowledge of the Office of International Services
policies and processes. The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities is
essential. University Front End and Banner system experience required.
