·*Transportation Security Officers *– part- and full-time employment
providing screening at airports. Minimum requirements are U.S.
Citizenship; a high school diploma OR GED or 1 year of previous security
OR aviation, age 18 at time of application, screening experience;
English proficiency; and ability to pass background and criminal checks,
a drug screening and medical examination. Available part-time shifts
can fit well with students’ schedules.
·*Managerial, Administrative and Professional Positions* – Human
Resources Specialists, Program Analysts, Financial Specialists,
Administrative Professionals and Technology Specialists are among the
diverse opportunities open to students and graduates. Education can
often be substituted for experience in qualifying for these positions.
·*Federal Air Marshals – *armed Federal law enforcement officers on
passenger flights worldwide, these positions involve protecting
passengers and crew and participating in investigative assignments. A
Bachelors’ degree or 1 year of experience at the level immediately below
the position, and an ability to pass an interview, complete physical
training, assessments and a background investigation are required.
