analysis;
* Developing an understanding of key non-profit and public sector
issues and approaches as well as foundation policies, operations, and
challenges;
* Support from the Civic Consulting Alliance with project
management and program area expertise to take a consulting approach to
the project; and
* Weekly lunchtime roundtable series includes conversations with
leaders in the government, business, and non-profit sectors.
Applicants should possess:
* At least two years of previous work experience;
* Significant research, analytic, relationship management, and
communication skills;
* Ability to work with a variety of people in a complex political
environment;
* Track record of success and ability to get things done in
multiple settings; and
