· Human Resource (HR) Placement Specialist ($16.67/Hour)
o Resumes are required and must be submitted with the application.
o A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; some college courses in Human Resources or a related field are desired.
o Three (3) years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
o Excellent aptitude for detail and accuracy in the inputting of data required.
o Must have the ability to work under tight time constraints. Strong written and oral communication, organizational skills and computer experience are required.
o Must have the ability to problem solve.
o Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Outlook and Word is required.
o Knowledge of centralized HRIS (Human Resource Information System) desired.
o Thorough understanding of Policy and Procedure Manuals and collective bargaining agreements in order to answer questions is highly desired.
o Must be detail oriented, highly self- motivated, responsible professional individual and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
o Must maintain extreme confidentiality at all times.
