Intern, Lombard Town Centre Community Development

Entails promoting the town center and development in downtown Lombard, specific tasks would include:

1. Marketing (events, etc.)

2. Researching successful small retail biz in other towns (hopefully ready to open location #2 Lombard).

3. Real estate market comparison (keeping an eye out to make sure our $/sq ft is competitive). We are trying to fill business vacancies in downtown Lombard.
