Urban Planner / Senior Architect required Large Housing project Arabic Speaker required Riyadh, Saudi Arabia based

A leading global Project Management company currently have a requirement for an Urban Planner for a very large housing project in Saudi Arabia. Project will include villas, over head water tank and pumps, sewage water treatment plant etc.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor of Science of Architecture / Urban Planning from a recognised Saudi, European or American University.
  • Membership of a recognised professional Association.
  • 15 years’ experience at least in reviewing designs and urban planning for housing complexes of similar projects where the value of each should not be less than SR1000 Million.
  • Experience in designing similar projects in GCC is preferable.
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English & Arabic
