Econ. Dev. Consulting Firm short-term opp.

Small boutique economic development consulting firm is seeking a planning student or recent graduate to work on a retail inventory for a far south Chicago suburb retail market assessment assignment. Work will include inventorying and creating a database of all retailers within the municipal city limits and retailers within the 15 minute drive time trade area. 
 
Assignment will be a paid an assignment fee of $480 for all needed work. Payment upon completion. Must have own transportation, insurance to complete the windshield tour, and ability to create an Excel database. 
 
The assignment will start immediately with a deadline of August 17th for completion and submittal of the database. Expected hours for the assignment is estimated at 24 hours. Please contact Evan Summers at eksummers@gmail.com.
