- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or a management related field or the equivalent of 10 years or business or management experience.
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in a document management or supervisory role is required.
- Must Possess a Working knowledge of document control processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Access) is required.
- Physical requirements include boxed file retrieval weighing up to 20 pounds.
· Chief Accountant ($51,490.00- $117,243.00/YR)
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. CPA Preferred.
- Three years experience in an organization with at least $500 million in revenue as the accountant responsible for the timely monthly closing process in GAAP accounting environment is required.
- Three years experience in preparing financial statements in an organization with at least $500 million in revenue is required. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Three years experience supervising professional accounting staff, including business process improvement, work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and staff motivation is required.
- Experience with Peachtree Quantum, Great Plains, MAS 90, or Microsoft Dynamics software is desirable.
- PBX Technician ($17.74 - $36.34/YR)
- Associates Degree Electronic Technology or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 3-5 years experience with telecommunications equipment and services and or/related experience. Working knowledge of computer based systems, word processing and spread sheet applications are required.
- Additional requirements include a working knowledge of leased line circuits, VOIP, SONET T1/T3 operation and T1 test equipment, Auto Attendant / IVR, Modem and FAX lines, Tone/trace/punch down of cross connect wiring for PBX and Telco connections, Loop Start, Ground Start and E&M Types I, II, and V lines, T1/E1 and PRI/PRA as well as CAMA trunks and Typical Carrier rules, regulations and service procedures. Must be proficient in the operating systems of the Definity G3i, Audix, Partner PBX, Call Accounting System, Merlin Legend, and Magix PBX. Incumbent must have a minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance and/or installation of PBX and telephone systems, and telephone and data circuits.

- Must be proficient in the operating systems of the Definity G3i, Audix, Partner PBX, Call Accounting System, Merlin Legend, and Magix PBX. Incumbent must have a minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance and/or installation of PBX and telephone systems, and telephone and data circuits.

- Must have the ability to work overtime as required including during off hours / holidays / weekends.
- Knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN protocols and topologies; for example, TCP/IP, Frame Relay, X.25, PPP, ISDN, Ethernet, SIP is desired.
- Security Administrator ($51,490.00 - $117,243.00/YR)
- BS or BA degree in computer science or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience in an Information Security management role.
- Two to four years experience with encryption technologies to provide data security.
- Knowledge at the proficient level of current techniques and hardware/software capabilities of a large-scale, multi-location database and communications environment.
- Thorough understanding of the build procedures, operating systems, database and programming languages used by the department. (MCP, UNIX, Windows , LINC, Oracle, Access, SMTP and TCP/IP).
- CISSP or PCI QSA certified or working towards certification preferred.
- A Valid Drivers License is required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have the ability to work overtime as required including during off hours / holidays / weekends. Salaried position and not eligible for overtime.
- Must carry Tollway issued cellphone for on-call support and for response to calls/incidents before or after shift hours / weekends / holidays.
- Field Network Technician ($18.92 - $38.78 /HR)
- Possess at least an Associates Degree in Electronic Technology. Persons with a minimum of 30 credit hours of relevant accredited vocational or military electronics course certifications may also be considered.
