Prog. Dir., Cornerstone Partnership


*Program Director at Cornerstone Partnership*****

The Cornerstone Partnership is a program of NCB Capital Impact (Capital
Impact), with primary funding from the Ford Foundation and the Corporation
for National and Community Service (CNCS), designed to strengthen and
support local and state housing programs that provide significant subsidy
to make homeownership affordable for lower income homebuyers and preserve
the affordability of those homes over the long-term.  Cornerstone
Partnership was awarded a competitive Social Innovation Fund (SIF) grant
which enables us to provide operating support grants to innovative local
homeownership programs and to conduct a multi-year evaluation of the impact

The Cornerstone Program Director is responsible for providing key
leadership to an emerging industry of affordable homeownership programs
that preserve long-term affordability. The Program Director will have
overall responsibility for the Cornerstone Partnership including
exceptional execution of all Cornerstone program activities along with
program budgeting and fundraising coordination.  In addition, the Program
Director will cultivate and manage the relationships with our 18 National
Outreach Partners and will direct staff and consultants in the
implementation of a community engagement strategy that builds a stronger
field.

This position reports to Rick Jacobus, Managing Director of the Affordable
Homeownership Initiatives, and is located in Capital Impact’s Oakland, CA
or Arlington, VA office.
