Research Analyst ECONorthwest is seeking a full-time Research Analyst with knowledge and interest in urban planning, economics, and quantitative analysis for our planning and development practice area. This position can be located in either our Seattle or Portland office. The Research Analyst will assist in all stages of project work to help gather, organize, and analyze data; conduct research; assist with project coordination; and assist with preparation of maps, graphics, reports, and presentations. The application packet for both positions can be found at: http://econw.com/who-we-are/ employment/ Project Manager/Policy Analyst ECONorthwest is seeking a full-time Project Manager/Policy Analyst with knowledge and interest in urban planning, real estate economics, quantitative policy evaluation, and transportation policy for our planning and redevelopment practice area. This position can be located in either our Seattle or Portland office. The Policy Analyst works on and manages a variety of projects with overlapping timelines. Project work will include developing and conducting analyses, writing summaries and reports, and presenting findings and analysis. In addition, the Policy Analyst will manage projects by working directly with clients, managing project budgets, tracking project progress, coordinating with senior directors on marketing efforts, and developing professional networks.
