The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in transportation, transit and multimodal planning. The incumbent can look forward to projects including long range transportation plans, strategic investment and prioritization plans, feasibility and concept studies, alternative analysis and environmental analysis projects, and other urban and regional planning projects. Incumbent Responsibilities: • Gather, manipulate, synthesize and present data, including socio-economic, transportation metrics, and other; analyze and propose interpretations and conclusions • Prepare internal and client-facing documents and deliverables in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and GIS, including written work products, charts and tables, and map graphics • Produce high quality work products with minimal direction, using practices of detailed checking of work and quality control • Research and apply developments in applicable local, state and federal public policy and industry best practices to project analysis and recommendations • Participate in collaborative meetings and work sessions with clients, public agencies, and general public/stakeholders The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed above.
