Specific Job Description:
Support proposal and project development for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects for Federal Energy Management Program and the Urban Sustainablity Program as required, to include the development of marketing materials, qualification packages, preliminary assessments and other customer submissions, participation in facility walkthroughs and audits, contribution to preliminary assessments and investment grade audit; Support the establishment of program management infrastructure of Urban Sustainability Program and Federal Energy Management Program.

Standard Job Description:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.


Typical Minimums:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
