GS-13 Position Available With DOL-ETA

DOL-ETA has a GS-13 Position that is open. It is titled Workforce Development Specialist. This is the first of 2 announcements as there will be a second GS-13 that will be announced soon.

There are a couple of basic “tricks” to apply for a federal position. You have to get by the computer with your resume. So the resume needs to list the “skills” that DOLETA is looking for which are noted in the job description. So tailor your resume to fit the job description. Use action verbs to do so.

Another possible “trick” is that if you did something “once”, that makes you an “expert.” So don’t grade yourself hard; give yourself credit for what you do and what you know.

The announcement is open for 15 days until Feb 21^st . Go to USAJobs to apply.
